Who We Are - Missionary Training Center

Regent University Center for Missions (RCM) is a missionary training center which equips and mobilizes missionaries, missionary candidates and cross-cultural workers to minister the Gospel worldwide. RCM serves a variety of denominations and Christian organizations as well as individuals from the U.S. and abroad. This missionary training center offers instruction at the non-credit certificate level and the master’s level, through its parent organization Regent University.

RCM is the collaborative effort of Regent University, CBN WorldReach, and two missions organizations, Accelerating International Missions Strategies (AIMS) and the Asian Center for Missions (ACM). The missionary training center draws from the combined missions experience and resources of these partners to provide quality education.

Our Vision
To train and mobilize missionaries and cross-cultural workers to effectively reach the nations of the world with the Gospel. (Hab 1:14, Mt 24:14, Mt 28:19-20, II Tim 2:2)

Our Mission
To assist individuals, denominations, Bible schools, seminaries, missions organizations, and local churches to equip and prepare individuals for cross-cultural evangelism, church planting, and holistic ministry.

Our Objectives

To help local churches and denominations, in the U.S. and abroad, mobilize to reach their regions, nations, and world with the Gospel.
To train and equip leaders in the body of Christ to lead in this mobilization effort, and to effectively do the work of missions.
To be a missions training center of choice for denominations, church-based Bible schools, missions organizations, and local churches within the renewal movement.
To serve denominations, church-based Bible schools, missions organizations, and local churches by training their missions candidates and returning them to with "no strings attached."
To connect unaffiliated missions candidates through the center's partnership of ministries to various agencies to secure effective missionary sending.
To facilitate the development of new strategies and strategic partnerships to reach unreached people groups with the Gospel.
